Our Ecstatic Living events are designed to offer our participants carefully woven experiences from start to finish. For this reason, we ask that you only register for our events because you intend to participate in them fully and completely. And although we appreciate this level of commitment from you, we also understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes cause you to need to cancel prior commitments. Understanding this reality, our Cancellation Policy below is designed as best as we can to address your potential need to cancel your registration with us while also balancing our financial commitments to third parties and our promise to offer our event participants the best possible experience. 


Weekend Seminars
Registration cancellation requests for weekend seminars (and similar or shorter events) are only accepted by email, and are only confirmed by email. Although payments are non-refundable, if you cancel your registration more than 30 days in advance, we are happy to issue you a credit voucher for the full amount you have paid. If you cancel your registration more than 15 days in advance, we will issue you a credit voucher for 50% of the amount you have paid. Otherwise, no credit will be offered. Credit vouchers are nontransferable and valid for one year.

Weeklong Trainings

Registration cancellation requests for weeklong trainings are only accepted by email, and are only confirmed by email. Although payments are non-refundable, if you cancel your registration more than 30 days in advance, we are happy to issue you a credit voucher for the full amount you have paid. If you cancel your registration more than 15 days in advance, we will issue you a credit voucher for 50% of the amount you have paid. Otherwise, no credit will be offered. Credit vouchers are nontransferable and valid for one year.


Vacation Retreats
Unless stated otherwise in the event's registration page located on our website, registration cancellation requests for vacation retreats are only accepted by email, and are only confirmed by email. Although payments are non-refundable, if you cancel your registration more than 90 days in advance, we are happy to issue you a credit voucher for the full amount you have paid. If you cancel your registration more than 45 days in advance, we will issue you a credit voucher for 50% of the amount you have paid. Otherwise, no credit will be offered. Credit vouchers are nontransferable and valid for one year.

  • Registration cancellations and transfers void any vouchers associated to the original registration. Please review our Vouchers, Transfer Credits policy for more information.


  • The above cancellation policy does not apply if you are waiting on the official results of a waitlist placement or application for scholarship for any Ecstatic Living event, during which time your event payment is fully refundable.
