Balance due date
Unless you advise us otherwise, the balance payment will be charged to the credit/debit card used for the deposit payment on or soon after the balance due date of the event for which are you registered. The balance due date is 45 days before the start date of the event (unless stated otherwise on the event's registration page located our website).
Declined payment
If the charge to your credit card on file for the balance payment is declined, an attempt will be made to charge your alternate credit card(s) on file (if any). If your alternate credit card(s) is/are also declined, we will contact you to obtain payment.
Overdue payment resulting in registration cancellation
If repeated attempts to obtain payment are unsuccessful for the period of 10 days past the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and convert your deposit payment to a credit voucher valid for one year towards select Ecstatic Living events.
